Saskatchewan Treaty Land Entitlement Act

The federal Act addresses implementation of Saskatchewan Treaty land-entitlement agreements and includes schedules concerning the resource-transfer amendment, Framework Agreement and Nekaneet Agreement. Its definitions distinguish the agreements and their application.
