Privacy, security & resource use
These notes explain the public Library and teaching previews. School pilot arrangements need their own agreed scope and terms.
Public previews
The public Library does not require a school account. Lesson preview responses are temporary browser interactions. Changing views or reloading can clear them. They are not school submissions or saved school records. Word exports contain blank teaching materials rather than your on-screen answers. Review any printed page before sharing it.
Browser settings and external resources
Some activities, including the Wanuskewin classroom draft, save notes on the current device. Follow the activity’s storage notice. On shared devices, download any work you need and use its clear-notes control when finished.
The homepage remembers your motion preference in browser storage when available. Some resources link to or embed external websites. Those providers handle requests under their own practices. Avoid entering confidential student information into public previews or external resources.
Security and school use
The public Library is separate from school account and administration workflows. Public access does not demonstrate private school permissions, retention arrangements or security certification. Before a school pilot, discuss information access, hosting and record handling with WolfWhale.
Sources and reuse
Resources credit their named communities and authors. Check each resource’s source, rights and interpretation notes before reuse. Public availability does not grant permission to reproduce every image, document or item of knowledge. Independent curation does not imply community approval.
Questions or concerns
Contact info@wolfwhale.ca about a resource, privacy question or suspected security issue. Do not include passwords or confidential student records in your message.
